* We are currently seeking Engineer candidates with a Metallurgist background and experience for a Direct Hire position located on the south side of the metropolitan Indianapolis area.

* Candidates must a heat treating background preferable working with automotive projects.

* This position is responsible for performing materials testing , metallurgical and chemical evaluation and analyst work in support of client companies.

* Experience with Vacuum and Conventional Heat Treatments is desired.

* Perform Materials engineering analysis work using analytical instruments

* Prepare reports and recommendations to external customers

* Ensure heat treated materials and parts meet or exceed quality specifications

* Work with quality certification documentation

* Exercise problem solving skills

* Communications of material related findings and recommendations to internal and external customers.

* Utilize excellent Laboratory and technical writing skills

* Knowledge of TS 16949/ISO 9000 very helpful
